Our Pumpkin-Carving-Night!!!

We decided to spend a fun night carving our pumpkins, just in time for the Halloween festivites! Jason and I carve pumpkins every year, however this is the first time Isaac got to participate. Last year we were so busy getting ready for our move from Iowa to Arizona, we weren't able to.

We LOVE carving pumpkins and Jason and I usually have a little battle as to who can carve the best! No one ever wins, but it's so much fun teasing each other during the carving process! There are so many fun things that Jason and I have done together since we have met and now that we have our son,it just makes them more fun and enjoyable! We love doing stuff as a family and this is just another fun family activity we look forward to sharing with our children!

Our family pumpkins. . .
there is a Papa, Mama, and Baby Pumpkin!!!

First we draw the faces we want our pumpkins to have.
None of that fancy carving stuff, all done by hand!
Although, we eventually do want to get one of those
so we can really have some fun carving battles!!!

Isaac looks on as I stab my Mama Pumpkin!

Isaac and Papa carve their pumpkins!

LOVE this picture of my little Dragon sitting on
his Papa's lap! I love how his Dragon tail is sticking out!

Isaac really wanted to help carve the pumpkin! He kept sticking his hand out, reaching for it! Can't wait until Isaac is old enough to carve his own pumpkin!!!

Jas and his cheesy smile! He really thinks his pumpkin is going to look cooler than mine! Hmmmm, we shall see. . .

Me cleaning my pumpkin out really well!
Gotta get all those yummy pumpkin seeds out so
we can roast them!

Jas and Simba admiring our carved pumpkins!

Think we did a mighty fine job!!!

So excited to see all the kids in their costumes
and have Isaac hand out candy to them!!!

On Thursdays, I get adjusted by Jason. Isaac already
recognizes his office because when we pull up to it, he says
"Papa, Papa, Papa" non-stop! Once inside, Isaac runs around
looking for his Papa. Once he sees Jason, he then runs into
an adjusting room and climbs on the table, waiting for Jason
to release the table so it goes from the upright position into
a reclining position.

Isaac gets such a thrill when the table moves forward,
with him on it! Of course, Papa gives into him and lets
Isaac have many, many "rides" on it!

Yippeee!!!! :-)

Family Day at the Zoo!

We spent a fabulous day at the zoo recently,
which is getting more and more
fun now that Isaac is older. He loves all the animals
and gets so excited when he sees them!
This time of year in Arizona is just absolutely goregous outside, so
we find ourselves spending more and more time outdoors!
Isaac and his Papa. . .getting ready to explore the zoo!

The elephants were so fun to watch!

Time for a little snack break and time to enjoy the beautiful scenery!

Isaac got so excited when he saw the BIG rhinos!

Isaac got to see the giraffes up close and feed them biscuits!

Watching Isaac interact and explore new things,
such as this, is so fun for Jason and I.
We love being able to introduce such fun activites
to our son and see the happiness
and excitement it brings to him!

We got a lot of biscuits, so Isaac gave his giraffe buddy a good
feeding that day! Can't wait to go back and do it again!!!

I LOVE watching my boys hang out together. I really enjoy
seeing Jason explain things and teach our son. It fills me up
with so much happiness to see the special bond they share!
Isaac is a very lucky boy to have Jason as his Papa!!!

Time to explore the Jungle Shop at the zoo!

We had soooooooooo much fun spending the day at the zoo!!!
Can't wait to go back! May just have to get an annual pass so
we can go as often as possible. It's such a fun way to get out of
the house and spend some special time
with our son and also as a family!

Visit to the Apple Orchard and Pumpkin Patch!

We spent a goregous day in Wilcox, AZ visiting Apple Annie's
with my sisters and nephew. We have heard it's a fun day
trip and it certainly was! We had so much fun picking
apples and eating some really yummy food!
We can't wait to visit again next year!
Another Moyle Family tradition!!!

Isaac and Papa wait in line for the yummy lunch we
had, which consisted of apple-smoked burgers,
sides, and your choice of the most delicious pie!
We selected the apple and pecan pie, ala mode of course!!!

Jason, Isaac, Erika, and Angelica who is holding Jacob!

The apples were almost all picked, so we had to look really hard to find some.

Jason and Isaac picking some apples!

My adorable nephew, Jacob! He doesn't look too happy
with that apple on his cabeza!!! :-)

The fruits of our labor!!!

My boys and my beautiful sisters!

So much for getting enough apples for pie and apple crisp!

Although the apples we picked were small, they were sooooo tasty!

My lovely sisters and I.
Jas pretending to have to pee really, really bad!
We were all laughing so hard! Love the pink porta-potty!

Me with my favorite boys!!!

Next stop, the pumpkin patch! We took a hayride there.
So many pumpkins to choose from! Jas wanted a Papa pumpkin!
He was looking for a BIG one!

We found a baby pumpkin for our little pumpkin!

Found my Mama pumpkin!

Time to take some pictures at the pumpkin display!

My goregous boys!!!

The aftermath of our fun and exciting day spent in Wilcox, AZ,
visiting the apple orchard and pumpkin patch!
It was a very memorable and eventful day!
We really look forward to visiting again next year!

Our little Dragon!

This will be Isaac's 2nd Halloween, however the first time we will dress him up in a costume. Last year we were very busy packing and getting ready for our move from Iowa to Arizona. We will not be going trick-o-treating this year, but thought it would be fun to dress him up and take pictures! We also plan on handing out candy on Halloween, so it will be fun to have Isaac help out with that!

When I saw the Dragon costume, I knew instantly Isaac would look sooooooo adorable in it, so I had to get it! Plus, it was on sale and super cheap!!! LOVE those sales! :-) I bought the costume early in the month and we have let Isaac play in it, which is fun for us because he looks so darn cute in it! We were worried it wouldn't hold up until Halloween, but it has! We really got a lot of use out of it, instead of the traditional one day wear!

Our adorable little Dragon and his killer smile!!!

It was so fun watching our little Dragon as he enjoyed himself in the costume.
He kept trying to sit down in his favorite chair, however. . .

those darn Dragon wings kept getting in the way!!!

He gives it another try!

Ooops! Fell off again!
(My little mini-Jason. . .he really looks like his Papa in this picture!)

Our little Dragon had enough of his chair and explores his other toys!
Watching him walk around made Jason and I laugh sooooooo hard!
We LOVE the costume on him!!!

Found a toy he can play with and that won't be affected by those silly Dragon wings!

It was time for bed and when I attempted to take the Dragon costume off,
Isaac was NOT a happy litte boy!!!
Guess he really likes his costume!
Can't wait for Halloween so we can take more pictures!!!
